Working  principle:

The integrated pressure solar hot water heating system has one exhaust vent with PT valve. It must bear the pressure came from tap water  and  hot water of inner tank. When use, the hot water comes out because of water pressure. Vacuum tubes absorb solar energy and conductive copper pipe transfers the heat into the pressurized water tank. In this case , the water inside the tank becomes hot. No water in vacuum tube makes the  whole system able to bear pressure. The copper heat pipe inside the vacuum tube could quickly transfer the heat to the water tank through heat conducive medium. The system can endure the max. pressure up to 0.6Mpa. It can endure the freezing cold weather -35 centigrade.  The vacuum tube can endure the 25 mm hailstone. Heat pipe has the function of one way heat transfer, small thermal capacity, low start-up temperature . For inner tank ,we adopt high frequent melting technology. It can directly connect with tap water system. It eliminates the low heat efficiency problem.
