GSM/GPRS Module

This RS-232 or RS-232/422/485 GSM/GPRS/EDGE IP modem is designed to transmit data and short messages (SMS) over GSM/GPRS/EDGE cellular networks. This module can be mounted on a DIN-rail, and the 12 to 48 VDC power input has 2KV EFT/surge protection to allow the use of different types of field power source. The serial ports are also protected by 15 KV ESD line protection to keep system safe from unexpected electrical discharge.

Wireless Module

The solar wireless modules establish peer-to-peer relationship and can communicate with each other directly. They are ideal for connecting your RS-232/422/485 serial devices—such as PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), meters, and sensors—to an IP-based wireless LAN and Ethernet LAN. You can access our software and serial devices from anywhere over a wireless LAN or the Internet. Features include:

• Connect serial devices to 801.11b wireless LAN, compatible with 802.11g
• WEP support for 64 and 128-bit encryption
• Password authentication and IP filter
• 2 or 1 RS-232/422/485 ports (selected by software)
• 10/100M Ethernet port for accessing web console

RS485 MODBUS Card

The RS485 MODBUS card is a 2-port inverter-monitoring interface used for interconnecting multiple inverters or inverter to PC for performance monitoring. This card is compatible with various models of inverters and is capable of transmitting data up to 9600 bps.

SNMP/Web Card

This card allows you to create a web site for your PV inverter and also offers easy-to-use network management capabilities. Supporting both SNMP and HTTP, you can control the PV inverter remotely via web interface. Features include:

• UTP Fast Ethernet 10/100 auto-sense network interface
• Real time clock
• SMTP e-mail protocol to send notification
• Programmable command features
• On Event notification technology—allows exchange of multimedia message over LAN for any operating system
• Inverter monitoring—allows user to review information and status of inverter either locally or remotely. Event and data log files are stored safely.
